ISS 2009-03-22
I shot the above photo of the ISS at about 20:49 local time tonight with an exposure time of 50 seconds. The space shuttle Discovery (STS-119) is at the moment docked with the station – according to the plan they will undock on the 25th. There are several visible passes on the 25th and the following few days. Just maybe the timing will be favorable and make it possible to see them as they separate. One pass lasting merely a few minutes, I guess the chances are slim, though.
